Room for rent in the heart of Niceville beginning August 17th. Quiet community, easy access to restaurant and stores. Newly renovated, well-kept home. I have a mattress for the room but nothing else. If you bring your own things for the room I can always remove the mattress. Washer/Dryer in unit. Kitchen has everything you could need for any cooking or eating you\'d like to do. I (owner) live in a room and will take care of all repairs and maintenance quickly. Other renters are also military. Rent includes internet and utilities, so no additional cost besides the $900/month. Month to month rent! Perfect for if you do not want to be locked into a year long lease. No security deposit but I ask that you pay first and last month's rent upon move-in. All I ask is that you let me know as soon as you know when you plan on vacating so I can fill the room.
